Bronchoobstructive syndrome: chronic obstructive bronchitis in the acute stage, bronchial asthma( a drug of choice in patients with asthma of physical stress and as an adjunct in other forms of asthma), asthmatic status( complementary therapy), emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the acute stage, apneainfants. Violation of cerebral circulation by ischemic type( as part of combination therapy).Left ventricular failure with bronchospasm and respiratory depression by type of Cheyne-Stokes, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary heart, edematous syndrome of renal genesis( as part of complex therapy).

How to use Euphyllin-Darnitsa?

The drug is administered intravenously slowly. The dose of the drug is selected individually, given the possibility of different rates of excretion in different patients.

Adults prescribe at 10 mg / kg, on average, from 600-800 mg per day, distributed on the 1-3th of January. For patients with low body weight, the dose of the drug is reduced to 400-500 mg / day, with the first administration not more than 200-250 mg.

For children aged 6-17 years, the drug is prescribed in a dose of 13 mg / kg of body weight, children under 6 years of age - 16 mg / kg of body weight per day in 1-3 injections.

Hypersensitivity to the drug components( including other xanthine derivatives: caffeine, pentoxifylline, theobromine).Pulmonary edema. Interaction of Euphyllin-Darnitsa.

Do not use together with other xanthine derivatives. Strengthens the effect of sympathomimetics and diuretics( due to increased glomerular filtration), reduces the effectiveness of lithium and α-adrenoreceptor drugs. In combination with phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampicin, isoniazid, carbamazepine, sulfinpyrazone, aminoglutethimide and moracizine, a decrease in the efficacy of euphyllin is observed, which may require an increase in its dose. Overdose of Euphyllin-Darnitsa.

Treatment. Termination of drug treatment. If seizures occur, maintain airway patency and give oxygen.
